Gradius provides high-quality and flexible service. Our 9 service points distributed over Belgium and Luxembourg are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Gradius has a service network that meets the highest quality requirements to guarantee the perfect operation of yourThermo King cooling units. A team of Thermo King certified engineers is available day and night to ensure that your unit works to best advantage and your goods are delivered at the right temperature.
Transport and distribution are sectors where the rule of “time is money” applies 100%. Gradius can, therefore, also offer service at your location. To the extent that the local accommodation permits this, our mobile intervention team will go to your site to carry out maintenance and repairs. If you want to analyse and align these options based on your requirements, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager.
For the best possible service, you can select one of our maintenance contracts. This does not have to be set in stone. We can also deviate from the standard within this context to ensure that your specific maintenance requirements are perfectly fulfilled. This ranges from a fixed sum for maintenance and all-in maintenance contracts to the (co-)management of the fleet management. Rental solutions and track & trace technology play an important role within this context.
In addition to the above listed services, you can come to us with all your questions. Our account managers are always ready to assist and examine specific inquiries with you. We can, for example, issue certificates in accordance with the standards in your work domain. Calibrating temperature sensors is a frequently requested example.
